SHIPPING POLICY
Estimated Shipping: Shipping charges are estimated due to location and weight. The minimum shipping expense will be $11.95. However, the freight amount will be the actual freight charged by the carrier. UPS, Fed-Ex or USPS. NOTICE: ITEMS DEEMED AS HAZARDOUS MATERIALS BY THE U.S. DEPT. OF TRANSPORTATION WILL NOT BE SHIPPED. Such items include but are not limited to: Airbags, seatbelt pretensioners, some shocks and struts. If ordered, these items will need to be picked up at our location. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS must be picked up at our location. Damaged Items: The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. You will need to fill out a damaged claim report from the carrier to be reimbursed. Please do not return these items to us as we are not responsible for the reimbursement.

RETURN POLICY
You have 10 days after receiving the item to process the return. To begin the return process, please send us a message by way of the Message Center. We will then contact you with a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to return the part to us. If the item is incorrect due to your error such as specified an incorrect part, selected an incorrect option, or did not provide us with your VIN during checkout, you may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately. NO refunds on electrical parts, parts that have been installed or parts with missing or destroyed packaging. NO returns accepted without a Return Authorization number.

FRAUD POLICY
We Aggressively Prosecute Credit Card Fraud:
We take fraud seriously. It is a crime to purchase products using a false or stolen credit card, or false or stolen credit card numbers. Further, it is a crime to misuse the charge back process to obtain a refund for goods that you obtained fraudulently. Whether you are the victim, or the perpetrator of fraud, be assured that we will actively pursue and prosecute fraud offenders to the fullest extent of the law. We submit all fraudulent orders, as well as the IP address used to perpetrate the fraud, to the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the United States Secret Service for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. In addition, we will work with cardholders, credit card companies, and local authorities to pursue fraud offenders.
Fraud offenders not only take advantage of online merchants and consumers, but they also abuse the system the Internet community relies on for its normal operation. This abuse will continue the trend of merchants either refusing to sell products to those with free email services, mail drops, or different ship-to addresses, or completely refusing to sell their products online. If your shipping address is different than your billing address, we may require a faxed copy of your credit card and photo I.D.
